We are the third generation of producer families that since 1949 are dedicated to agricultural production in our central jungle of PERU, following that legacy APASEM Foods was born in 2018 to produce and offer the best quality ginger and turmeric through of the integration of production, processing and commercialization for the national and international market from Chanchamayo, Satipo, Peru.

Production

Our processes begin with a careful dedication of good agricultural practices in cultivation with 104 Ginger producers and 10 Turmeric producers from the heart of the central jungle of Peru, who have technical assistance which allows us to obtain high quality standards of raw material and volumes in a sustainable way. The certifications that support us such as Global GAP, Grasp; Organic USDA, EU, Canada, which we handle with great responsibility, honesty and transparency.

Process

In our packing plant is where we care about selecting and packing according to the quality standards of our national and international clients in boxes of 30 pounds (13.6 kilos), adapting to the different orders of each market, The certification that GLOBAL GAP and HACCP support us at this stage, GAP and HACCP.

The organization has 104 ginger producers which produce 4,481 tons of organic ginger.
