GLOBALGAP is a global standard for Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), applicable to different products, capable of covering the globality of agricultural production, reducing the risks of said production and providing a tool to objectively verify best practices in a systematic and consistent manner.


GRASP is Good Agricultural Practices not only apply to products, but also to people. For this reason, APASEM has certified and applied the GRASP standard. The acronym GRASP stands for GLOBALG.A.P. Risk Assessment. for Social Practices, and is a voluntary and ready-to-use module, developed to evaluate social practices on the farm, addressing specific issues related to the health, safety and well-being of workers.

Union Europe Organic

In order for your products to carry the EU organic logo and the claim ‘product from organic farming’, a certifying body authorized by public authorities, such as Ecocert, must certify the conformity of your products with the official European regulations on agriculture ecological.

USDA Organic

USDA Organic​

The “USDA Organic” seal also tells you that a product is 100% organic or made with at least 95% organic ingredients. Products with 70-94% organic ingredients cannot use the “USDA Organic” seal, but may be labeled “Made with Organic Ingredients”.


Canadá Organic (Biologique Canada)

The Organic Seal of Canada, also known as Biologique Canada, is Canada’s official national  organic seal issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and is for products grown using organic agricultural practices.
