Al 2021 APASEM FOODS integro 204 producers, to the present 2023 associates with 470 producers, with conventional products GlobalG.A.P., GRASP and ORGANIC product, our producers already apply the criteria, Ginger quality standards, Exportable Turmeric with care of its agrosystem in a sustainable way.

Our producers are made up of 2 DIFFERENT CULTURES, NATIVE communities, ASHÁNINCAS and ANDEAN settlers. In the field, the producers 40% They are women who lead the activity and in the processing factory the 80% of the collaborators are women, single and married mothers.
